Money Back Guaranteed Policy

The American Boxing Personal Training Guarantee.

American Boxing Clients will be refunded the total amount paid for any 60 minute training session if not Satisfied, based on the following:

1. Session must begin ‘no later’ than the agreed upon start time.
2. Any pre-existing medical conditions, on-call work obligations or personal matters, outside of the control of American Boxing and Coach Dave, will disqualify you from a money back guarantee.
3. Any dissatisfaction, must be expressed verbally, immediately and directly to Coach Dave.  He then has the opportunity to resolve the issue to your liking.
4. Termination must occur ’within’ 30 minutes of the session start time.
5. Guarantee can not be applied to special offers, discounts, partner sessions, multi person sessions or any service aside from full price, single session, 60 minute sessions with Coach Dave.

Refunds will be processed at days end or immediately if payment was made via mobile payment app.
