Outdoor Live Muay Thai Class preparation for American Boxing Muay Thai and Fitness Pacific Beach San Diego
First of all, thank you for your interest in learning Muay Thai with us, as a small family business, we absolutely appreciate you during these challenging times and we are very excited to show you the amazing health and fitness benefits of the world’s most effective striking Martial Art!
Your first Muay Thai Class will be a source of basic techniques and scaled exercises to help develop your fitness, while you create good Muay Thai habits. Exercises are based on your current fitness level, so beginners are welcome, but should also be able to jog for at least 5 minutes non-stop as a test for class preparedness. Pretty easy for most. If, this is a challenge for anyone, personal training is highly suggested. Class is 60-90 minutes long with breaks throughout for water and learning. American Boxing Muay Thai classes are a fun way to meet new people, get a great workout and learn the Art of Eight Limbs! We socially distance and follow CDC guidelines.
Your First Muay Thai Class!
Class starts at the scheduled time, however, it is very important for you to arrive 15 minutes early for your first class. Anyone late, “MAY” not be able to train that day due to Covid protocols. The busier we are the less likely we will be able to facilitate tardiness, so please help us help you by being on-time or early. Thank you.
