Advanced Training

  • Advanced Muay Thai Clinch

  • Full Play Sparring and more.

Thai Pads, Focus mitts and kick shields are heavily used in each Muay Thai Training session to push your aerobic and anaerobic threshold and to hone technique. Thai Boxing ring strategies and ring tactics used by our Muay Thai Champion Kru taught to them by their teachers/Krus will be passed on to you here at American Boxing when you are ready.
