Summers Here! Keep that BEER BELLY in check with this Diet and Training Insider TIP!

GET SKINNY and still drink BEER!? This is my personal diet plan… no, I’m not a drinker, however owning a gym in Pacific Beach San Diego, it’s kinda impossible to not have students and clients who want abs AND BEER! So, with years of research and trial and error, I have discovered THE FOUNTAIN OF YOUTH! No, not really (not yet) but the next best thing! Drink beer and don’t get a beer belly!!! My “FAT BEER SKINNY YOU” Diet… and here’s how it goes:

  • If you are drinking Saturday, NO CARBS on Friday and train super hard. Eat meat, veggies and fats, plus drink tons of H2O (BTW… you can buy my book if you want to know the physiology behind this entire process!) Again, DRINK LOTS of Water through this whole process!
  • Saturday NO CARBS… just meat, fats and veggies again (mmm… cheese). Now, drink away (be smart/responsible… NO DRIVING!)
  • Sunday NO CARBS… BUT TONS OF WATER and normal food as previously described!
  • Monday, get back on whatever carbs you feel you need. Oh…and get on the scale and see whats up before you do!

PS… if you dont know what is and isnt a carb, go find a rock and smash yourself upside the melon!… or just google it. 🙂
