		<description>Elbow basics are touched on and drilled in intermediate Muay Thai training. Basic Kickboxing technique, balance and control comes first...no doubt you have seen some students using elbows in shadowboxing while others do not. 

All kicks (strikes involving legs) are defended the same way until advanced training when knee counters will be taught.

I will personally do clinch work with you during any class I teach...just ask!

And as far as &quot;head kick practice&quot; is concerned JOE...!  I have repeatedly told you what to work on...when you have fixed that, we will take the next step in diversifying your head kicks.
